We are looking for a driven, analytical, and results-oriented individual to manage, optimize, and grow our online sales channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, performance tracking, and e-commerce operations to drive revenue and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company website, including updating products, pricing, banners, and overall content
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to ensure optimal functionality
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
- Analyze advertising performance (ROAS, CTR, conversions) and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, and customer retention strategies
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Collaborate closely with the content and marketing team to develop effective creatives and strategies
- Track overall sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platform
- Basic knowledge of website platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Creative, proactive, and willing to test and explore new ideas
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-driven Fashion Designer to join our team in designing and developing scarves and Muslimah apparel collections for the brand.
This role requires strong creativity, fashion awareness, and the ability to translate ideas into commercially viable products that align with brand identity and customer preferences.
You will work closely with the Product, Supply Chain, and Production teams to bring designs from concept to final product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new scarves and Muslimah apparel collections that are trendy, relevant, and aligned with brand direction
- Create design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for product development
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market preferences to inspire new collections
- Work closely with Product Executive and Supply Chain team to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and commercially viable
- Participate in product sampling, fitting
sessions, and provide feedback to ensure design accuracy and quality - Ensure final products maintain brand identity, aesthetics, and customer appeal
- Support product planning and launches by contributing creative input for campaigns and new drops
Requirements:
- Strong passion for fashion, especially in scarves and Muslimah apparel
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Textile, Art, or related field
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent
- Strong sense of aesthetics, colour, fabric, and current fashion trends
- Ability to translate ideas into practical and commercially viable designs
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and good time management skills
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Product, Supply Chain, Production)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Checker (QC) to ensure all products including scarves, ready-to-wear (RTW) apparel, and essential items meet the company’s quality standards before reaching customers.
This role is responsible for the daily product inspection, quality assurance, defect handling, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operational flow and product consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily product quality checking across scarves, apparel (RTW), and other essential items
- Ensure all products comply with company specifications for incoming materials, outgoing goods, and finished products
- Perform quality inspection to identify defects and ensure products meet required standards before distribution
- Separate, classify, and record defective items according to defect categories
- Ensure scarves are properly checked, folded, and packed into plastic according to collection standards
- Calculate, record, and update stock/product quantities upon receiving new shipments
- Arrange products neatly in designated racks after completion of quality inspection
- Ensure all product checking is completed according to the daily targets set by the supervisor
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all QC activities and inspection reports
- Assist in briefing and guiding part-time staff on SOP and QC procedures when required
- Assist the supervisor in completing quality control tasks and improving QC workflow efficiency
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of QC area and the handling process
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets
- Good observation skills in identifying product defects
- Able to follow SOP and company quality standards strictly
- Team player and willing to assist the supervisor and team members
- Prior experience in QC, garment, or retail environment is an advantage (but not compulsory)
- Physically able to handle product inspection, packing, and storage tasks
