Refund, Return & Exchange

  1. General Policy

    We accept returns within seven (7) days from the date you receive your parcel. Any report or claim made after this period will be considered invalid.

    The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition upon return. The original label tag must remain intact and must not be cut or removed.

    We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request if the item does not meet the requirements stated above.

    Only purchases made via our official website are eligible for return or exchange at our headquarters. Orders purchased from Authorized Resellers are not under Ameera Zaini’s responsibility.

  2. Non-returnable Items

    The following items are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

    - All items under the AZ Essentials category (except AZ Inner)
    - All sale or discounted items
    - Items purchased using vouchers or promo codes (no price adjustments or refunds after payment confirmation)

    Sale items will be packed without a box or pouch.

    Reasons such as:

    - “Change of mind”
    - “Design not suitable”
    - “Colour slightly different from website”
    - Placing a “test order”

    will not be considered valid grounds for return or exchange.


  3. Returns Due to Defect or Wrong Item

    Return and exchange will be accepted under the following circumstances:

    a) Defective items
    b) Wrong items received
    c) Special circumstances (subject to management approval)

    For approved cases above, all return shipping costs will be borne by us.

    You may contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp at +6018-988 9664 with your Order ID, product details, and clear photos of the defect or damage for assistance.


  4. Special Policy – Garment Collection (Sizing Exchange Only)

    Kindly ensure that you double-check your size based on our measurement chart before placing your order.

    For items under the AZ Memori Raya collection only, size exchange is allowed within the same collection and of equal value, subject to stock availability. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, AZ reserves the right to decline the request.

    Exchange requests due to sizing issues must be made within two (2) days of receiving the product via email at support@ameerazaini.com, together with your Order ID and product details.

    The returned item must reach us within seven (7) days from the date of receiving your order.

    If the requested size is out of stock, the customer will be entitled to a full refund.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged for return shipping. AZ will not be liable for any loss or damage during return shipment unless a return AWB has been provided by us (applicable for defective or damaged items only).

    For purchases made via our website, all return and exchange requests must be processed at our Headquarters only, subject to stock availability. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued. Kindly note that only one (1) return and exchange request is allowed per receipt/Order ID.
