Dengan mendaftar sebagai Gold Member, anda bersetuju untuk mematuhi semua terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini. Pihak kami berhak mengubah atau mengemaskini terma tanpa notis. Sebarang maklumat lanjut dan pertanyaan tentang semua maklumat di atas boleh berhubung terus melalui nombor khidmat pelanggan Ameera Zaini yang tertera di dalam website.

Sila ikut arahan dibawah untuk memudahkan urusan pendaftaran sebagai Gold Member:

1. Sebelum membuat pembayaran, pastikan anda baca terma dan syarat keahlian Gold Member.
2. Daftar(sign up) akaun di website ini terlebih dahulu. Klik sini untuk mendaftar.
3. Buat pembayaran bagi yuran pendaftaran.
4. Maklumkan kepada kami melalui WhatsApp selepas selesai mendaftar. Klik sini.
5. Tunggu respon* dari team AZ. Kesabaran anda amat kami hargai.

SELF PICKUP

Self-pickup is available only at Ameera Zaini HQ, Setia Alam on weekdays (8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.).

Note*
1. Orders placed before 1.00 PM can be picked up on the same day before 5.00 PM (excluding weekends & public holidays).
2. Orders placed after 1.00 PM will be ready for pickup on the next working day. No fee & min. spend required.

LOCAL DELIVERY

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days (excluding holidays and weekends). A tracking number will be emailed once your order is packed. Third-party services will handle the domestic delivery and delivery times depend entirely on the chosen courier service. 

Please ensure that your address is accurate and deliverable. We will do our utmost to deliver your orders as quickly as possible and bring a smile to your face.

If you have delivery issues or haven't received the tracking number within 5 working days, contact our Customer Support on WhatsApp at +6018-988 9664 with your Order ID.

Keep in mind that shipping may take longer during festive seasons.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At the moment, only the following countries are available for international delivery:

• Singapore (shipped via NinjaVan) 

• Brunei

• Indonesia

• Thailand

• Philipines

• Australia

• United States

All international orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via Citylink*. 

Once your order is picked up, the transit time will take around 3-14 business days depending on your location.

International orders may be subject to the respective country's customs duties* and import taxes*. These charges are not included in your order as they will be calculated once the parcel arrives at its destination country. Therefore, these charges must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.

Keep in mind that shipping may take longer during festive seasons.

 *Not applicable to Singapore

1. All items in AZ Essentials category are not returnable except for AZ Inner.
   

2. All sale items will be packed without a box or pouch. Sale and discounted items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
   

3. We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your parcel.
   

4. Any report or claim exceeding the return time frame will be considered invalid.
   

5. Return and exchange will be applicable in the event of: 
   a) Defective items
   b) Wrong received items
   c) 'Special circumstances' which will be finalised by management.
   

6. The item must be unused/ unwashed/ unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. The label tag must still be intact and attached to the returned item(s), it must not be cut or broken.
   

7. All shipping costs of returned items will be borne by us.
   

8. Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", or "the colours are different from the website" will not be considered valid grounds for refund and exchange.
   

9. Only purchases made via our Website are entitled to a return and exchange to our HQ.
   

10. Any orders purchased from our Authorized Reseller are not under Ameera Zaini’s responsibility.
    

11. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the items do not meet the return policy requirements above.
